Scenic Design
Scenic designers play a crucial role in theatre, allowing the director to bring their story to life through imagery and props. Tasks such as choosing furniture, building backdrops, and working on a collaborative team with the sound designer, lighting designer, and costume designer are just some of the duties performed by the scenic designer. *Note: a designer is not a builder.
Scenic Design
Working with a Play On Scenic Designer starts first with establishing initial contact. They will contact you with some basic questions about the venue and overall concept for your show. After the designer reads the script, they will schedule a production meeting with you with the express purpose of going over what you have in mind for your show. Essential points you want to convey, as well as any scenic elements you feel, are necessary and want to be incorporated.
Light Designers

Sound Designers
Sound design can transform your show from working with an original composition that will help create a solid feel for your scenes and transitions to creating extra sound cues and effects required to give your show that final polished touch. When working with a sound designer, you will be contacted with a few questions so they can learn a little about your concept and needs regarding sound design. After an initial read thru of your script they will schedule a production meeting with you to ensure everyone is working towards the same vision and goal. *Note: a Sound Designer is not a sound operator.
